Media Applications Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience on video application development
  • Must have worked on media streaming/Media engine development
  • Good knowledge on Audio/Video coding standards such as Mpeg2, Mpeg4, H264, VP8 etc
  • Must have integrated and tested the above codecs into the media system
  • Good knowledge on various multimedia frameworks such as Android stagefright, Gstreamer, Directshow and open source media libraries such as FFMPEG, FFDSHOW etc
  • Hands on experience with various container formats, Parsers, protocols such as HTTP/RTP/RTSP
  • Sound knowledge of MPEG2 transport stream, Mpeg DASH, HLS, Adobe Flash etc
  • Excellent proficiency in C, C++ and BASH programming

System Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience in working on LINUX/UNIX internals
  • Strength in LINUX programming is mandatory
  • Thorough knowledge in Network, Socket programming
  • Good knowledge on high availability, clustering etc.,
  • A good understanding on NW applications like SNMP, NMS etc.,
  • Should have worked on NW class routers or Enterprise class Servers
  • Knowledge of Video is an added plus
